An antenatal course to support every birther in every setting- whether you want a drug-free water birth at home, an epidural during an induction on labour ward or a caesarean section in theatre. Delivered by Tasha or Katie, fully qualified Hypnobirthing instructors, learn how to write a fullyinformed birth plan for every stage of labour, what to pack in your hospital bag, how to advocate for your preferences, relaxation and distraction techniques to stay calm, tips to boost helpful hormones, comfortable positions, how to deal with any pain (including pain relief options) and how to be the best birth partner.

We will discuss your birth preferences
We talk about your rights and the choices you will have
We talk about the mind and the science around birth
We will plan your birth environment and give practical ways to make it more conducive to a relaxed birth (whatever environment this might be)
We learn techniques to keep you calm and make birth more comfortable
We look at your birthing team and the birth partner’s role
We cover physical preparations for birth
We discuss what happens after labour and birth and what options you have
You will learn the facts and biology around the birthing body - once you understand what is happening, it is a lot less scary

4 x 2.5 hour weekly sessions with a qualified Hypnobirthing instructor - Tasha, Katie or Annie. Three mums with their own wonderful birth stories to tell.
